Members of the community that seek immigration assistance may take advantage of legal consultation and related services offered to individuals searching for support in the immigration process.

The IC Compassion Immigration Resource Center is authorized by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to officially provide high quality, low-cost immigration legal services to our community.

Free Legal Clinic

Every 2nd Tuesday of the month we offer consultations through our free legal clinic at our offices from 5:30-7:30 PM.

Citizenship Classes

Wednesday evenings from 6-7:30 PM.

How do I set up an appointment for an immigration consultation?

If you are new to our office, we ask that you schedule online by clicking here. If you aren't able to do that on your own, please stop in our office and we will help you set up an appointment.

How much do these services cost?

The initial consult is $40. This consult includes one hour where we determine what can be done for your immigration work, whether we can help you and what it will cost for those additional services. We work with a fee schedule. For example, if during the consult, we determine you are eligible for citizenship the cost will be a total of $200 for filling out the forms and representing you through the whole process.

What kind of immigration work do you do?

We do not currently accept asylum cases or defend people in deportation/removal proceedings. We do help with most other immigration issues, including citizenship applications, family-based petitions, work permits, DACA and TPS.
